Construction Specifications
Structural design for ecobrick is performed to the requirements of the Australian Standard AS3700 ‘Masonry Code’.
The following tables have been prepared from AS3700 as a guide to the dimensions of internal partition walls not subject to wind loading.
All structural assessments of the suitability of ecobrick should be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer.
1. Single leaf 90mm thick ecobrick wall.
